Hello!

For many years, Katie worked in fashion design in New York City.  After having to transform her small, New York apartment to welcome her beautiful baby boy, she developed a new love and niche for interior design and décor. She used her art background and experience in painting to create a mural for her son's nursery and use her creative imagination, to create a much-needed relaxing ambience for her entire home. Since then, she continued planning and decorating spaces with a creative and professional approach. Since moving to Toronto, she's gone on to interior design.

 

Katie is a highly regarded professional principal designer, known for her exceptional skills and experience in home renovation, home additions, new layout solutions, exterior refinishing, and commercial space design. With a specialty in designing functional and modern kitchens and bathrooms, Katie blends her vast knowledge and creativity to create unique spaces that reflect her clients' individual styles and needs.

 

Katie is a proud member of the Decorators & Designers Association of Canada (DDA) and the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), which allows her to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the interior design industry. She also invests in continuing education to ensure that she always has the latest knowledge of materials, finishes, and suppliers.

 

A natural lover of natural materials, Katie brings a high-end style to her designs, which is why she is highly sought after by clients looking for a sophisticated and timeless look. From the initial strategy session to daily communications with tradesmen and to the final touches post-construction, Katie provides expert guidance and support to her clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable design experience.
